Using Canva? Let’s export your files!
Preferred Method: Share Editing Access
This is also the best method if you do not have Canva Pro.
Open Your Design in Canva.
Click Share in the top-right corner.
Under People with access, add maggie@vaughansprinters.com
If you cannot share the file with my email, do the following:
Open Your Design in Canva.
Click Share in the top-right corner.
Under Access level, click the dropdown and choose Anyone with the link.
Change the permission to Can Edit.
Click Copy link and send the link to me via email (maggie@vaughansprinters.com).
Alternative Option for Canva Pro Users: Export as PDF Print (CMYK) with Crop & Bleed
Open Your Design in Canva.
Click “Share” in the top-right corner.
Select Download from the menu.
Under File Type, choose PDF.
Under Presets, select Print.
Under Color Profile, choose CMYK (Pro feature).
Select pages to export.
Under Advanced Settings, check the box for:
Crop Marks and Bleed
Click Download and save the file to your computer.
Send the PDF Print file to me via email.

When you provide furnished artwork, we are not responsible for formatting or layout errors, especially in complex designs like tri-folds and brochures.
If you’d like us to review and adjust your design for print accuracy, please let us know in advance, but please allow extra time to do so.
